Bright yellow foliage matures to yellow-green in summer
and turns a coppery-orange in fall. Pink flowers in the
summer contrast with the leaves. Displays extraordinary
heat tolerance once established. The plant's compact
habit makes it a good choice in the foreground of shrub
borders, contrasting nicely with many other colors in
the garden. It is a moderate grower, three to four feet
tall, spreading wider. Deciduous. For a formal
appearance, shear annually after flowering. Full sun.
