Lilac Flame is a dwarf garden phlox, growing up to only 16 inches tall so
you’ll never need to worry about staking. Lavender tube like flowers with
white eyes bloom in clusters on stiff, upright stems and this variety of phlox
has a prolonged blooming period from midsummer to early fall. Foliage is
bright green and lance shaped. Lilac Flame makes a lovely cut flower, enjoy
inside or out! A perennial border should never be without phlox, and the Lilac
Flame will get color sizzling and keep it hot all summer long. Due to her
small stature, the Lilac Flame also looks great in a pot or container.
Hummingbirds love this plant along with everyone else. Phlox is a fan favorite
and can’t be beat in the garden for vivid color and staying power.
