Well named, for in late spring and early summer it carries clusters of snowy-
white flowers atop fleshy 35cm stems. The large flowers are trumpet-shaped and
have a honey-yellow throat, harmonizing charmingly with the pale green, fern-
like foliage. Easy to grown and excellent for the front of the border where it
blooms before the big rush of summer perennials. Only a few plants are
required, just allow them to develop slowly into dense clumps.
