These plants grow a little taller/larger than many forms, up to 12 inches with
good sized white flower clusters over full, mounding foliage. Showy late
spring bloomers with some flowers the rest of the year. Use in full sun with
well draining but not overly dry soils, will take some shade but not flower as
well and be less compact growing. After flowering, a nice hair cut produces
dense clumps. The some what flat, thin needle like leaves are a dark green
color and attractive all season long (evergreen in the south - less so as you
move up north with out a DRY winter cover) or as an edging along a walk way.
Drought tolerant. Provide some winter protection from the sun if you want to
keep the winter leaves.
