Striking ruffles leaves with a kaleidoscope of colors ranging in shades of pewter, olive green and burgundy. Stormy Seas is probably the most dependable and vigorous Heuchera we grow. Its compact habit make it perfect for edging along paths or walkways. Plants form neat mounds growing to only about ten inches in height with a mature spread of around 12 inches. Stormy Seas is primarily grown for its unique foliage, however it will flower in early spring sending up 24 inch flower scapes with cream colored flowers. Plants will tolerate full sun but colors will be more vivid if provided with some afternoon sun.
