Polaris is a half-high blueberry bush. This variety is rated for hardiness zones 3 thru 5. The berries ripen in the early part of the blueberry harvest season. This bush will yield 4 to 7 pounds of berries per year. The size of the berries are medium with a good sweet flavor. When the Polaris matures it will reach a height of 3 to 4 feet, with an upright compact shape. In the fall the leaves will turn red.
