The Chamaecyparis group originated from Japan and are characterized by their soft foliage and slow rate of growth. A wide selection of colors, textures and growth habits make this a versatile group of accent plants. 'Split Rock' is pyramidal form that has a very compact growth habit. The leaf sprays are bluish green in color. This is an excellent choice for areas of limited space. Growth rate is 3-6" per year.
